What is your shipping policy?
All orders are packed & shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Returns & exchanges are not accepted at this time. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order (breakage, issues with shipping, etc.), please email hello@thelovieco.com.
We take great pride in curating a collection of unique one-of-a-kind vintage & pre-loved pieces. Due to the nature of these pieces, they often have signs of wear & age, which are part of what makes them so great. All items are sold “as is”. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any items we carry in our shop. Please review all listing details & photos carefully before purchase.

What if the item I want is sold out?
Vintage & pre-loved items are one of a kind finds. Once an item is sold out, there won’t be any more. So, grab them while you can!
For all other items, please email hello@thelovieco.com if you are looking for something that is currently sold out. We receive new inventory all the time & will let you know if & when the item is expected to come back into stock.
