The coolest! Chore coats originated in 19th century France as the durable Bleu de Travail (“Blue Work”) uniform for laborers, made from tough fabrics like cotton drill or moleskin. This coat was made in Vietnam in the 70s/80s by Lotus and comes with a long history that we can only imagine, including being owned by someone with the initials DZ (embroidered on the collar).
